Service

We would be happy to help. For us to give you an estimated service price we need to assess your device on our premises.
Please select your device and place an Evaluation service order on our website.

You will then have to deliver your device over to our premises so that our technicians can take a look. We usually complete the evaluation within a few hours; however, it can take up to 24 hours if we are busy.
After evaluation, we will provide you with a quote via email and text message, which you will be able to confirm or deny by logging in to your account online.

To get the rough estimate of our prices and service times, please check our website as we list the most common problems.
All our prices and service times are updated by our AI software daily, and we have little manual control over it, so the prices are non-negotiable.
We always work as fast as we can and you can check our current service time on our website by choosing any of the services.
The service time is updated by our AI system, which calculates the current workload.
You can check your order status at any time by logging in to your account online.
Please accept our sincere apologies. All devices we repair are subjected to our Quality Control checks.

During an inspection, the team of experts perform various rigorous testing procedures to ensure every single issue has been fixed before it leaves our premises. So we are entirely sure it leaves our premises in full working order. You can check the results of the quality check within our order completion email.

Please understand that for us to carry out warranty investigation we do need your device to be on our premises physically. Only then our engineers can figure out what happened between the time it left our premises and the time you identified the issue.

Please book your device for evaluation service on our website (you don’t have to pay anything) requesting Warranty Investigation within the description. This will provide you with automated labels and QR code. You can then deliver your device over for us.
Sorry, we currently do not support fixing devices not listed on our websites. Everything we repair has to be highly researched as our technicians work only from approved manuals and we probably do not have approved repair manuals for the device in question.

We would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer and see if they can help you out.
We can always repair your device, however, sometimes the price we will provide might exceed your personal budget.
In the situations where you make a decision to not repair your kit, we will offer to recycle it or will arrange for it to be sent back.
We will get in touch for evaluation and shipping costs if there will be any.
We won’t intentionally delete any data, however, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss whilst the device is on our premises. We always suggest to backup your data to avoid any data loss.
Everything and anything we service comes with a 3 months warranty. You can check your warranty status by logging to your account online.

This is our priority service. Once you add VIP service to your order, it means this will be processed before any regular orders, which means quickest possible turnaround time that we can offer.

So, if you need to get your order done quickly, we suggest that you take advantage of the VIP service.

Payments

We only require payment upon order completion and only if it is successfully completed. Therefore there is nothing to pay until your order has been processed.

To make a payment all you have to do is login to your account online, click to view the relevant order and payment options will be available there.
Once paid, an invoice will be available for download as well as it will be sent to your email address.

We are sorry but we do not currently take PayPal, BACS or over the phone payments.

Shipping

We serve customers all over the UK via postal and courier services.
Visit our website, place an order, and you will receive a free shipping label on screen as well as to your email.
Package your device, stick a label on it and visit your local post office (if it is safe to do so) where you will be able to send it to us free of charge.

No printer? No problem! Show the provided QR code at the post-office, and they will be able to print you a label there and then.

You can also use any of the courier services to deliver your device to us. To provide you with the best possible service prices, we concentrate on processing orders; therefore, our staff do not have the ability to accept any walk-in customers, and we aim to provide our services digitally in foreseeable future.

We’ll receive it, fix it, you pay online and we send it back to your house via an overnight courier.

You can, however, package your device safe-for-shipping, attach the label on the package and deliver your device to the business centre reception like any courier would.

Unfortunately, we currently have no facilities to allow for walk-in pickups, therefore, all our orders are shipped out.
- 1. Find a rigid box that is 2 - 3 inches bigger than your device on all sides.
- 2. Package your device inside the box with 2 - 3 inches of cushion material between the device and walls of the box
- 3. Shake the packaged box. If you can feel the device shifting inside, it will get damaged during transit. Add more packaging material inside!
It usually takes us less than 24 hours to process in-bound orders, so even if your shipping tracking notes the delivery of the package, please allow us some time to book your order into the system.

Once in-bound processing is complete, you will receive an email notification confirming your order arrival on our premises.
Please login to your account online and change your address before making a payment. Once the payment is made the shipping address cannot be altered and your order will be shipped to the address which was on your account during the payment process.

Account

Whenever you place an order for the first time with us, our AI system will create an account for you. The password for this account will be sent as a confirmation email.
